Throughout my career as an educator and coach, I’ve demonstrated both an interest and commitment in identifying the educational & informational needs of students and colleagues alike by determining the content, format, and delivery necessary to address these needs. While enrolled in the Masters of Learning Design and Technology program, I’ve become familiar with the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating content as it relates to training and learning.

- Took initiative to create resource content live in Guru
- Designed team resource and collaborated on this project from development to proposal
